Where can I review bad online stores?

I recently experience extremely bad customer service from an online store called Outdoorstuff.

I was so irate at the fact they didn't seem to care the items they sent me were way past faulty and had no intention to rectify the product professionally I am seeking some kind of online review website to name and shame. Does this sort of thing exist?
