are they gonna activate it for me? and how much would it cost me all in all plus tax? im buying the 16gb iphone.. thanks!

The best place to purchase it would be at the apple store if you plan on getting the 2 year contract with at&t. They will activate it for you in store and will cost you approx $324.79 ( I checked on at&t site).
