Default Sims 2 help!!! (deals with the Body Shop & using 2 different PCS)?

This is kind've complicated but I'll lay it out simple as I can:

I installed Sims 2 thinking the Body Shop would work on my laptop. Turns out, Body shop does not work on my laptop. HOwever, it does work on my family's computer. Is it possible to be able to use the Body Shop on my family's Computer, & save it on a flash-drive, and use it on my Sims 2 Game in my laptop??

Help greatly appreciated!!! 10 Points for the answer thank you!
If there is some way to be able to save those files from my family's computer, and somehow make it able to play on my laptop.

Or, is it that I MusT have Body Shop working on my laptop in order to be able to use those files saved on my flashdrive?
my laptop doesnt have a 'projects' folder i followed your instructions I can't find it.

Also, I tried downloading from modthesims.com of some of their custom hairstyles etc., but for some reason it won't load onto my sims 2 game... i even tried to press in the sims game to "add" collections or to make anew collection but I don't see the newly downloaded styles anywhere!.. so stuck : [
ok i was able to find my sims 2 download folder and project folder through mydocuments/eagames/sims2. thanks hellotm T-T

Ok,
It should be possible.
I'm just guessing about this so forgive me if I'm wrong but...

You do know how to customize clothes and stuff on bodyshop don't you?

if not go to www.modthesims2.com There are loads of tutorials on there.

Anyway

Go to my documents, EA games, The sims 2, Projects.

Here are all your custom clothes and objects.

So go into your projects folder and get all the custom clothes you've made and put them on the flash drive.

Then put them in the Projects folder on your laptop.

if that doesn't work try the downloads folder under :

My documents, EA games, the Sims 2, Downloads.

If not, what you could do is go to the site I mentioned earlier.
www.modthesims2.com

On this site you can upload your custom clothes so that you and others can download them for their games.

It's complicated, but it explains it on the site.

Hope I helped!
