is it better to shop now (during holidays) when all the hot deals are on, or after christmas during new years?

Everything goes on sale after the holidays because people have already done their shopping by then and vendors need to intice people back in the door.

Well... i've always thought that a bunch of people should have christmas in January cause EVERYTHING is on special then...
I would definitely buy AFTER christmas but if its a present maybe just write out a card to let them know whats coming!!!!
