Default How do you deal with shopping while broke?

Picture this scenario and tell me how you would deal with it.

You have some money on you but not enough for the expensive store your in. But the people you're with have a lot of money and good fashion sense while you have neither.

Do you pretend to shop and end up not buying things? Act disinterested in shopping? Etc. Make up your own answer.
number 1's a good answer.

The questions pretty misleading. I don't mean broke but you only have like 70 on you for example.

And this is a question for future reference.

you look at the newspaper, see what stores are failing in the econmy situation, then, at one of those retailers, ask to speak to the manager and haggle (auctioning lower the price) until you are satisfied.

I personally don't think you should lie to them just tell them the truth that doesn't mean saying flat out its to expensive I can't afford you can may be look at some cheaper stores like JC Penny cause they have some cute affordable things to!

If you do not have the money or the fashion sense why would you be there to start with. It would not be fun so it is a pointless exercise.
