I have a chance to buy a used traxxas rc car at a pawn shop for 80 bucks? Is this a good deal?

The frame is a little beat up. It comes with a 9.7 volt battery I think actually 2 and a speed charger. Me and the owner turned it on. The steering worked but the car would not move? Is this because the battery was low? Is this a good deal?

it is a good deal as long as it works. if it doesn't work, there is no point, unless you have experience in electric motors and rc stuff. but if there is any way you can test it, $80 for a traxxas is a great deal. good luck
