No. I've tried. They will negotiate a little on their used guns, but not their new ones. But...if you play on negotiating with them on their used ones you'd better know your stuff. Don't ask them to take a lesser amount "just because it ain't worth that much", or because "I ain't got that much money with me". Instead be able to point out reasons why the gun is not worth what they are asking.
