Not really ,all the stores here have their prices for their items. There are some things that may be you can bargain, like with artisans for their handcrafts, but bargain is not usual here.
Maybe with local art crafts you may bargain a little and have the price lowerred or he/she offer a better price if you buy two or more items. But in most stores and commercial places the prices are marked, and that's it.
