NBA Rules and bargaining agreement?

So i was just watching the cavs pregame and its showing the players walking into the stadium in hoodies, leather jackets, and t shirts. I thought part of the collective bargaining agreement was that players had to be in suits, ties, and were not aloud to wear headphones.
Did they change the rules?

I was thinking about that as well, when I saw Nash coming in with an opened collared shirt. Where is the fashion police when you need them.
