I can only respond to your question by saying New York State has bargaining laws for Law-Enforcement Officers. AFL-CIO represents Lieutenants, NYS. Dept of Correctional Services, NYS. Park Police,
Another Group that just got voted in last year, I believe. Represents Correction Officers and Sergeants.
