Default Plea Bargain and Trial?

So im set to start my criminal trial may 4th. Charges are Assault with a deadly weapon with Great Bodily injury. Its me and 2 co defendants. I dont want to get in great detail about what happen but to sum it up some kid got beat up at a party by some people I know and got beat up pretty bad. I knew the kids girlfriend who got beat up and she threw my name out there like i had something to do with it. Anyways after i got arrested and bailed out of jail i knew i wanted to go to trial even though u hear those horror stories about innocent people going to jail and getting max time. They offered us all a deal of 1 year in county a strike 3 years probation and restatution. I said FUCKKK that i got a full time job and go to school i cant do that especially when im innocent. Anyways my 2 friends arent, they did something, i have 2 witnesses both are girls who were there that night who said they saw me at the party and saw the whole fight and know i wasnt involved. and the 2 girls actually came with the group of the kid who got beat up. If we go to trial and lose its 2-5 years in state prison which of course scared the shit out of me but im not taking a deal especially that one if i have witnesses and i really didnt do anything. The DA wont split us apart, my friends are basiclly being sucked into trial for legal reasons. Are they going to try us as a whole or seperate. Are they gonna re offer them the deal or wat? Its a whole scary situation and as far as my criminal record I dont have any convictions of anything

You're done for. You should have took the deal. They would not prosecute you if they didn't have enough proof that you were involved in one way or another. You say they are your friends and admit you were at the party. That alone is capable of getting a conviction since you probably knew what was going to happen. This whole I never got a conviction of any kind thing doesn't ly in court. Every offender starts somewhere. BYE BYE

What does your lawyer say? What are the other defendants saying? Are you sure that you did nothing? The prosecution must have more than you are saying.
